I live out of town and needed to order some flowers for my mother's funeral service. The staff at Dandelions is incredible! They went way above and beyond to make sure my floral request was completed and delivered with utmost care. Everyone was caring, professional, and detail oriented. I highly recommend them. This was a special gift occasion, and Krystal exceeded my expectations with a fabulous bouquet at a great price. This florist is a gem- Carol! I kept receiving beautiful arrangements from family out of town, and realized it was not the one I usually went to- The flowers have stayed fresh for a ridiculously long amount of time. I kept sending pictures to my sister of one arrangement saying if I didn't know they were real I'd question it because of how long they lasted! 3+ weeks! Crazy. Carol is a wonderful artist- she helped create a beautiful arrangement for my mother's birthday- asked about her novels she's written, looked on line at my mom's artwork, and created something amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. My mom said it was by far the most exquisite arrangement she had ever received. This is now and for the future my go to Florist. Hands down better flowers and pricing than other florists in Eugene. And the customer service is amazing!

I cannot believe I haven’t reviewed Dandelions yet! My family and I have been coming here for over 15 years for beautiful floral arrangements by their expert designers. Tonight, I went in on behalf of my work to purchase an arrangement as a condolence to a local restaurant who’s owner recently passed away. I just got off work and had just scooped up my toddler. I wanted to get there before closing time to pickup an arrangement for the early morning. I headed there, with my busy-bodied toddler, and was glad I got there approximately 45-minutes until closing. I went inside while holding my toddler because I was nervous about her walking around. We ordered an arrangement, made on site upon order, and the designer was beyond helpful! I wish I would have caught her name, it all three women in the store were incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. The designer asked some general questions to get a feel for what I was looking for. Something soft colored and pleasant is what I landed on. As the designer worked on the arrangement in the back, I had an anxious toddler who wanted out of my hands at all cost. I walked around, held her hands (so she wouldn’t destroy anything) as she smelled the flowers. This worked for quite some time until she got bored. So we tried other games between her and I and we kept moving. One kind woman even got my daughter a cute little flower for her to play with. She loved this until all she wanted to do was…well, eat it. It was an amazing distraction! Then the woman even helped me entertain my little toddler. I’m not a fan of electronics for a toddler and it was super nice to have another person help me out after a long day of work as well. Another woman working worked around my daughter and me as I had to let the little one roam under my close supervision. Every employee talked, engaged, and complimented my little one. They were beyond kind and proved exactly why my family and I have loved coming here over the years. The arrangement gets completed and the designer showed me. I was in absolute awe. Not surprised because Dandelions has always made the most gorgeous arrangements, but merely in awe. I was beyond pleased with how it turned out. They even helped me load it into my car as it was a large arrangement. I just cannot say thank you enough to these kind women who were working tonight!

My husband and I have tried to support this business for years. He has purchased my valentines day flowers here for the past 5+ years. The last two years have been extremely disappointing with low quality and old flowers at a high price! Last year we even had to take the flowers back and exchange them. This year I was shocked at how awful the flowers were for almost $50. We have moved from west Eugene to Springfield, so returning them wasnt a workable option. I could have gotten better from Albertsons for $15. Not only that, but my husband specifically asked them for flowers that would be closed buds and open over time. I recieved the bouquet on Monday and 4 of the 5 irises have died without opening and I even trimmed the stems in hopes of prolonging the bouquet. We will never be using Dandelion again. Don't waste your time or money!
